Truck traffic on Kenthorpe Way next week
Next week, neighbors of the Lake Oswego Water Treatment Plant on Kenthorpe Way will notice truck traffic associated with clearing some remaining sediment from the plant’s annual lagoon cleaning.
Large dump trucks with trailers are scheduled to begin hauling away sediment on Thursday, September 5, and are expected to complete their trips by Friday morning on the 6th. Work hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If the schedule changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Crews will use an onsite wheel wash station and street sweeper to ensure Kenthorpe Way is kept clean. Trucks will operate within the 20 MPH speed limit and will not park on the street. Neighbors can expect about ten truck trips per day.
We appreciate your patience with the increased traffic. If you have any questions, please contact the Water Treatment Plant at 503-635-0394.
