Pipeline Construction Update: East Waluga Park, Quarry Road and Douglas Way
Following is update on upcoming pipeline construction activities in Lake Oswego, from December 2013 through February 2014. Click the "more" link below to see the full list.

|Set-up staging and construction area in East Waluga Park and parking lot||Deliver mini excavator and trencher, install erosion control and site fencing in East Waluga Park parking lot. Place construction fencing around a 25-foot wide pipeline construction corridor, from eastern end of Parkhill Street through the Park to the East Waluga parking lot.||Early December 2013|
|East Waluga Park parking lot temporarily closed||The parking lot will be used as a staging and construction area. Pedestrian access and use of the park facilities will be maintained during construction.||Mid-December 2013 – February 2014|
|Exploratory digging work along Quarry Road and Douglas Way||
Crews will be digging small holes in the road way to locate utilities underground. This ensures that the pipeline will not conflict with existing utilities.
Work will occur from 9:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday - Friday.
|Early December - late December 2013|
|Pipeline construction – Waluga Park and Quarry Road||
Construction will begin near Parkhill St. through Waluga Park east to Quarry Road. Most construction equipment and vehicles will access the construction area through East Waluga Park parking lot.
At times, some crews and trucks may need access from Parkhill Street, to deliver materials and equipment.

|Pipeline construction – Lanewood Street and east towards Upper Drive||Once construction is complete in Waluga Park, crews will move east of Boones Ferry Road to Lanewood Street.||Spring 2014|
|Pipeline construction – Douglas Way and Lake Grove Elementary School||Construction along Douglas Way and through Lake Grove Elementary School will occur in summer 2014.||Summer 2014|
