Truck traffic on Kenthorpe Way
Starting Thursday, January 9, Water Treatment Plant neighbors along Kenthorpe Way will notice truck traffic associated with the removal of sludge and solids from two of the existing lagoons on the north east of the site. This is to prepare for demolition of the lagoons.
A vacuum truck will be operating on-site to remove the solids. Large tanker trucks will begin hauling the sludge tomorrow, and should complete their trips by mid next week.
Neighbors may notice an increase in noise during this work, as the vacuum truck operates. Please watch for flaggers as the trucks enter and exit the main entrance of the plant and eastern gate on Kenthorpe Way.
We appreciate your patience with the increased traffic and apologize for the inconvenience. For more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the hotline at 503-697-6502.
