DELAYED: Traffic Alert: Night work on Carman Drive June 3 - 16
This work has been delayed. Please see the delay notice here.
Starting Tuesday, June 3, Waluga Reservoir construction crews will be installing 300 feet of storm drain pipe and manholes, at night (7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) in Carman Drive. Work is expected to continue through June 16, Monday through Friday, extending along and slightly beyond the Partnership’s parcel at 4800 Carman Drive.
It was determined that daytime traffic control would not be safe or efficient (vehicles would be backed up into the traffic circle at Meadows/Quarry/Carman).
There will be single-lane closures where needed but no total road closure. Please watch for flaggers and expect traffic delays. Taking alternate routes around the construction is recommended (Waluga/Bonita or Quarry/Meadows). Residents may experience noise from an excavator, backhoe, dump trucks and other equipment, as well as see lights during work hours.
We apologize for any inconvenience during construction and thank you for your patience.
